DuoSafety Plates
DuoSafety plates are specially designed to prevent the fluid from mixing with the product due to leaks that occur in the plates through cracks or wear. The plates are such that there is no special source between them and in case of a leak, the fluid can easily escape to the atmosphere. This prevents the two fluids from mixing with each other.
Product variety
APV DuoSafety plates consist of two heat exchanger plates inserted into each other. These can be made from different materials. Each pair of plates consists of a non-adhesive Paraclip gasket that provides sealing and holds the plates together. There are gaskets for all types of plate materials. APV DuoSafety heat exchanger plate pairs are made of stainless steel, titanium, etc. or it may consist of two different materials. Currently, gasket types are NBR or EPDM.
